Will this get my account banned?
No. Unlike mobile apps that require your password and log in from suspicious servers (often in different countries), FolScan is a browser extension. It uses your existing active session directly on your computer and mimics human behavior with smart delays between requests. Instagram sees this as you simply browsing your own lists, making it the safest method available.
Do you store my password?
Never. FolScan never asks for your password. It works by utilizing the login you already have active in your Chrome browser. This "Zero-Password" approach is why FolScan is much safer than traditional tracker apps.
Can I scan private accounts?
With Premium Pro, you can scan any public account or any private account that you already follow. For regular Premium users, scanning is limited to your own account.
How does the Block Check feature work?
The Block Check tool determines if a user has blocked you by performing a clever comparison. It fetches the profile data once using your logged-in session and once without it. If the profile is visible publicly but hidden from your account, it confirms that you have been blocked.
How many devices can I use?
Each license is valid for one person and can be activated on up to 5 different devices (e.g., your home PC, work laptop, etc.).
How long do scans take?
Scan time depends on the number of followers/following. For a few hundred followers, it takes seconds. For large accounts (5,000+), it may take 5-10 minutes. We intentionally include small "breaks" during scanning to keep your account safe from rate limits.
What do the Growth Analytics graphs show?
The Growth Analytics feature provides a visual timeline of your account's evolution. It tracks 11 different data points—including total followers, following, new followers, and lost followers—allowing you to see trends over days, weeks, or months on an interactive line graph.
What is included in the Detailed Analysis?
The Detailed Analysis goes beyond basic counts. It generates reports for New Followers, Lost Followers, Unfollowed (people you unfollowed), and even Username Changes. This helps you understand exactly who is interacting with your account and how your network is shifting.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, you will keep your Premium access until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle. No further charges will be made.
